Exercise DVD reviews

I live in an apartment complex that has a workout room. Two ellipticals, two treadmills, two bikes and a circuit machine that is in some desperate need of a repairman. It's been a while since I've visited the room (it's free, and a 5-minute walk... go figure...) but what I would like to know is, "what is your favorite at home exercise DVD, and why?"
I know Gail has an AWESOME exercise DVD library, and I'm sure that she'll be happy to give her two cents worth, but what have you, the Shrinking Sisters readers found that keeps you going?

Because I hate the gym and knew it was important to get started with strength training, I started looking for videos that would be suitable for a beginner. I am thrilled that I found Circuit Training with Weights with Sunshine.

Although this DVD doesn't have a "big name" instructor, it's a fantastic workout that is easy to follow, requires very little special equipment and gives fantastic results.

It might take a while to get used to her voice, but other than that I don't find her annoying at all, which is often the case with exercise DVD's.
